Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will come back. Great property with an excellent service, spent our time really good here. The breakfast offered was tasty and not expensive. The staff were welcoming and honest, nothing too much trouble. The location was marvellous and decent, with a ferry port next to the hotel.

Everything is what i need and want.

The service was good, totally satisfied. The room was well-maintained with comfortable bed and mineral water provided daily, as for instance, and all other comforts. The venue's position was central.

Also, location was fantastic, just a short walk away from Mega Mall Batam Centre. My room included cable television and a kettle.

The hotel of choice in Batam. Clean and cool property with spotless and huge rooms. Tasty and relatively cheap breakfast to star a day with an acceptable spread and local food, for instance. Downtown area, great and decent location, really close to Batam, a huge mall and hypermarket, and terminal & shopping centre. 10 minutes walk from Mega Mall Batam Centre.

Superb breakfast, clean hotel, marvellous location especially on the dining area. Exceptionally comfortable beds & huge rooms. With wake-up service available and courteous and polite staff on their best service. Location just off reasonable price restaurant, Matahari, cinema tt cost SIN $ 5/Pax, Shopping Mall and Batam Ferry Trrminal and the ferry terminal as well as the mega mall.

The hotel was big size, with very hospitable and sincere staff and FAVOURABLE location near the other shopping mall. Location: the venue was close enough to the over bridge connecting ferry centre to Mega mall, other attractions, and the ferry terminal as well as the mega mall. Easily reached Ikan Bakar Cianjur, located relatively close to the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

I will come back, the hotel met my needs. The venue is absolutely great and incredibly beautiful, has welcoming staff in a puzzled manner. I have to mention the tasty and relatively cheap breakfast with passable taste and d food and an acceptable spread. The rooms are spotless and modern with nice view, twin bed, good channels. The location is great, 2 miles from a large Buddhist temple. There is a ferry port next to the hotel.

Brand-new room with lovely views of the sea and comfortable decor. Beds were spacious and the breakfast was relatively cheap. Particularly good and very convenience location in a shopping area close enough to Next to the ferry terminal, city center or nagoya hills and terminal & shopping centre.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The hotel staff is super friendly and approachable. Polite throughout the stay. The room is clean and it is walking distance to the mega mall. The location was near to ferry terminal and the wifi worked. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and bright. Every visit, Harris Hotel Batam Centre had always been the best choice for me. They have BBQ at night with an amazing performance by their talented staffs.

no shuttle service provided to popular shopping centre like nagoyahill no service to pick up or send guests with heavy lugges or pple with difficulty walkin or elderly out of service swimming pool also unattractive looking pool too limited food in room service and a bit pricey for normal food

the staffs are very friendly, helpful n approachable. simply loves the design of the hotel.
